Regular Share Savings Account
This is the account you and all members open to establish your membership at WCLA Credit Union.
It represents your ownership of the credit union and earns you a competitive dividend.
The most basic of all our products, a savings account, is the gateway to your membership. As
long as you maintain a savings balance, you are a WCLA Credit Union member for life. Your
savings account will provide you with competitive dividend rates, easy access to your funds and
complete safety with accounts federally insured up to at least $250,000 by the National Credit Union
Administration, a U.S. Government Agency.
- A Share Account is similar to a passbook savings account.
- Dividends are calculated on the daily balance and paid monthly.
- $5.00 minimum balance required to remain open.

Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)
When looking for your retirement savings plan, don't settle for less than the many benefits
including great interest rates, tax deferrable interest and possible tax deductions. It's a sure
way to settle into a comfortable retirement. IRA Accounts are
separately insured up to $250,000.

- Certificates are available for those members wishing to earn higher dividends.
- Insured to $250,000 with NCUA.
